This workshop reviews all the basics of a full-length childbirth education class, including relaxation techniques, positioning, and affirmations. This class is designed for couples (or the pregnant partner and the birth coach), and will teach each partner the tools and steps for finding a place of peace and relaxation during labor. The class will also cover introducing the new baby to an older sibling(s). Emphasis will be placed on lowering anxieties and birthing without fear. This class is geared toward those planning a natural birth, but provides valuable information for those planning a medicated birth or Cesarean as well.
 
Price is per couple. 3 hours. All classes are currently held privately.
